The testing process is aligned with Agile and automation, focusing on reducing manual regression efforts. The customer case example is related to a Broadband Network Gateway and highlights the benefits of TaaS, including a solid test infrastructure, well-documented results, and the establishment of a Delivery Center to secure knowledge for the customer.
