As a project manager, you will lead a wide variety of projects, ranging from the creation of feasibility studies to the implementation of complex communication infrastructures.
Based on our customer-oriented approach, as a project manager you will master a wide range of methods that will enable you to respond specifically to the needs and requirements of each customer.
You will advise our customers and siticom's specialist departments on the implementation of innovative IT services that enable optimal support and optimization of the customer's market design and business processes.
You maintain a culture of cooperation at eye level with our customers across all levels - from working level to C-level as well as with all internal departments and functions. You attach great importance to developing a relationship based on partnership and exchanging ideas with all members of the team on an equal level.
You are able to successfully represent the interests of our customers and siticom in different contexts, be it in steering committees, project committees or in direct contact with customers and users. You act confidently and ensure that the expectations and goals of our customers always remain in focus - always taking our values into account.
As a full-time project manager, you support and coach the members of your project teams.
You are an integral part of the siticom organization and work in close cooperation with departments, specialists and other service providers.
Supplier and partner management should be familiar terms for you and are an essential part of your success.
You will support and advise on technological and strategic issues and on the further development and updating of the project management framework.
After an orientation phase, you will be responsible for the projects entrusted to you in terms of budgets, project implementation and target achievement.
REQUIREMENTS. WHAT'S IMPORTANT TO US?
Completed Master's degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification.
Many years of experience in requirements and project management as well as in IT or management consulting.
As a project manager, you are primarily also a leader at siticom You have 🤝 and ❤️ for people and feel comfortable in the role.
Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting, very good communication skills, high customer orientation and enjoy complex tasks.
Business fluent in German and English.
